Fawn Morosky is a graduate student from Antioch University New England and will receive her Masters degree and teaching certification in Elementary Education this winter. Prior to moving to Oregon, Fawn was an Environmental Educator at several outdoor education centers throughout the Northeast where she worked with students from public, private and charter schools. Fawn was also a community organizer for a grassroots committee who built a municipal playground in her hometown in New York. Fawn is passionate about place based education, integrating curriculum and providing opportunities for students to work within the community. She is very fond of big trees, fairy tales and crafts projects. She is excited to have the opportunity to be working as the After School Enrichment coordinator and looks forward to meeting the wonderful community of students and parents of SWCS.
